07 / PAYMENT & TERMS
A few final practical details.
How does payment work?
QR invoice, card or TWINT via Stripe. No payment is taken on this page; the offer is confirmed before activation.
Can we pay annually?
Yes: CHF 490 for Essential, CHF 790 for Club and CHF 1’290 for Growth. That is 12 months for the price of 10 at standard rates. Setup is separate; these rates are not combined with the launch offer.
How do we cancel?
At any time, with one month’s notice after the trial. Gym data is exported, then deleted within 90 days. Members keep their personal history.
How do reminders and leaderboards work?
Automatic reminders after 14 and 30 days of inactivity. Leaderboards are optional and allow nicknames. Individual workouts remain private.
What is available on phones?
The web app works without a download. A shared Elyvate Gym app is planned for iOS and Android once the pilots are validated; members will find their gym there.
Can we add custom development?
The plans cover the product and catalogue modules. Custom development is assessed separately; your existing website stays as it is.
What if Elyvate stops the service?
The terms agreed before launch provide for six months’ notice and data export.
